SUNDAY SCHOOL

On Sunday mornings, everyone meets in the main sanctuary for worship. Once the Sunday School Department is dismissed, the teachers & children will head to the O.W. Lott Center and disburse to their classes.

(AGES 1-18)

KIDZ EXTREME

Wednesday nights at 7:00PM, Life Kids meet for Kidz Extreme in the O.W. Lott Center’s sanctuary for their own Midweek service!!

There are puppet, songs, action songs, games and a lesson, providing the perfect mix of FUN and learning about the Word of God!!

(AGES 2-12)

MEET OUR TEAM!

We’ve both been members of New Life since our early teens and now we get to raise our family in this amazing church too! 

We are so honored to serve our church in our kids’ ministry department! Kidz Extreme has been a part of our lives for a long time. We both volunteered in the department as teenagers doing whatever was needed, and now we are so excited to direct and coordinate the department alongside our pastor’s wife. 

Kids’ ministry is so special to us. We know that these kids deserve a program and service that is completely dedicated to them, where they can learn all about the love of the amazing God we serve!

We want them to know that living for the Lord is fun, exciting, and the BEST thing there is! So we try to make every Wednesday night reflect that!

We fully believe what the Word says in Proverbs 22, “Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it.”  And it is truly a humbling honor to be a part of that in every child’s life here at New Life UPC!

For more than 12 years, we have worked as a team in the Sunday School department here at New Life and we have loved every minute of it!

We started as Sunday School teachers in the toddler class where Bro.Ben excelled at story time with his animated retellings of the Bible greats. This was always our favorite time spent in our classes, sitting in a circle cross legged, seeing a child`s eyes light up with excitement when learning about the power and glory of God. Nothing compares to that!

We strive to have a Sunday School Department that is welcoming and exciting!  Our teachers are ready and equipped every Sunday morning to impart Bible wisdom to children in the most unique and fun ways! Not only do we want to teach your children about God and the one true salvation, but we want to build strong and lasting foundations so that your child knows where to turn in times of hurt, confusion, or pain.

Life Kidz Sunday School built us into who we are today, and we are grateful to give back to this ministry every Sunday. Balloons, bubbles, or candy rains, you never know what you will be greeted with when you come to Life Kidz Sunday School.  We can’t wait to “See you on Sunday!”
